I will refrain with the obvious ‘how did we get here so quickly’ and ‘hasn’t it been a crazily quick year?’ comments because that’s as obvious as the fact I’m a bit ginger!

We are here again, slap bang in the season of goodwill and merriment and the task in hand is to buy smile inducing shizzle for family and friend, fast!

This is the perfect time to go online, buy in one fell swoop and make it for the last delivery dates. Job done.

I can’t say my guide is concise, so much great stuff around this year so I was a little spoilt for choice but hopefully I’ve covered most, if not all bases and beyond.

Let’s start with the kiddos. And the tweens.

For Dominic, the main thing on my ‘to buy’ list was this Disney Star Wars helmet, Stormtrooper edition. We had one of these for Harry when he was younger and he never really took to it, too heavy, bit claustrophobic, but D has had his eye on this for a while, complete with accompanying lights sabre (not pictured) so let’s hope he gets on with it just fine. It’s a snip at £22 as well!

Girls wise, and not to stereotype here as it is great for anyone who wants it, but this Beauty And The Beast tea set will hopefully provide lots of imaginative play.

Baukjen are on fire at the moment with a fab range of knitwear and some smokin’ leather leggings! I love this grey fine knit “Feel Good’ sweater which is oversized in length so is great for leggings, leather or otherwise. Really classy packaging too, so saves wrapping up! This snuggly sweater is half price right now!

For the old lovely locks, I’ve sourced this lush curl bar from Hot Tools professional which makes curling hair a whole lot easier from here on in. Industry led innovation means less painful arms for us long-haired lovelies when getting our flicks on, super fast heat-up so we can get out partying sooner, and a whole host of fancy bits and bobs.

The menfolk are getting a bit pampered this year with a plethora of great skincare options. Jessica is taking care of hands and nails and with this Gentlemans Club Complete Kit to keep them touch soft and well groomed, whilst for shaving prowess comes in the form of Men-U’s Ultimate Shave Kit with a four step kit to a smoother, softer shave to add a touch of luxe to your man.

Now for an injection of sparkle, the toast of Christmas is once again, Pop A Ball. Adding the extra bit of magic to our festive drinks, this Facebook famous brand is everywhere this year and it’s not just for fizz but gin, cocktails, you name it! My choice of blueberry & lemon Bubbles for Gin is my go to gift this year!

Leighton Denny have some lovely little stocking fillers in the shape of their double minis which come in a variety of colour combos.

Lara Quin candles and diffuser range are chic and so on trend, currently selling up a storm in John Lewis are the ideal grown up gift.

My current fave gift that keeps on giving is the Birchbox subscription. A tenner a month gets you or your lucky recipient a little box of beauty magic popping through the door come rain or shine and it’s the perfect way to brighten up anyone’s day. For a limited time when you gift it to someone, you get a pretty little gift for yourself too!

I’ve long been a fan of luxury chocolatier Godiva, (pictured below) and my favourite people will be getting their Christmas selection on the big day. There’s just something special about their chocolate and in these boxes, it’s the best of the best.

Spot the gorgeous chic must-have compact? Yes it’s by none other than Dame Joan Collins and I feel her make up range is hugely underrated! Lippies (featured throughout this guide) in iconic Hollywood hues as well as an entire range of goodies you can shop here!

Gatineau are a name that have been around for years and remain solid in the wish list stakes. I chose the Gatineau Melatogenine Rejuvenating Luxury Christmas Collection for my mum as she is very discerning about beauty products and this has long been one of her favourite brands. If you buy it from Amazon at the moment they are doing a free beauty box with it – win win! Gatineau also do really cute festive minis to fill the stockings with too.

Would Christmas be complete without some Charlotte Tilbury though? Nope! Not for any self-respecting beauty addict at least. CT have nailed it with their triple whammy lip archive limited edition collection. The iconic  goddess skin range comes beautiful minis to make an affordable start to a new you skin care routine. The trinkets range have the perfect Christmas package – bravo Charlotte!

Transformulas have some fab beauty boxes which pair new and classic products with the brand’s signature skin saviours or classic lip volume favourites amongst others.

Now a new name on the block for me is The English Beagle and not only did this funky gift set come beautifully wrapped in gorgeous motif tissue, saving me all the stress of gift wrap but inside was a cracking Lover Of All Things Fizz Gift Set which I thought was great value alL things considered, at £25.

Let’s not forget about our skin, old and young! This Magnitone First Step is a fab starting point to better skin, clearing it out and showing real results in just 7 days!

To step up the luxury, choose the equally waterproof Barefaced limited edition shimmer collection for that extra bit of sparkle!

Now my favourite thing to do for gift giving is to personalise, for that extra special touch. This year, my go to website was Personally Presented.com I can’t show you everything I bought on the site in this guide because I know one recipient who deffo reads every blog I write, (yeay to the loyals!) so, let’s keep that one under wraps!

My fave thing I got was a tea box for my teetotal hubby as he will be quite chuffed to have somewhere to keep his favourite tipples, other than spilling out in the cupboard. He has done quite well from there actually as I got him a fab wash bag with his initials on and also a cheeky little mug with a few cute lines fro the kids on it.

I was delighted to receive a personalised, and very appropriate wine cooler which I guarantee will be put to full use. Filled with a fabulous bottle of I heart Wines Prosecco of course!

It really makes all the difference when you open a gift and the person giving has really gone that extra mile to make it special, don’t you think?

This limited edition Tia Maria  is an essential ingredient for the shots my friends make at each and every one of our soirees, infamously known as cock-sucking cowboys! Let me know in the comments if you want the recipe!! Cool bottle too, it comes with a limited edition chalk panel so you can personalise to your heart’s content!

So that wraps up (see what I did there?) my general guide to gifting for 2017, for fragrances and candles (competition included!), here, pop over to have a read at them too.

Happy shopping and Merry Christmas!!!! xxx
