You know you are finally a grown up, I think, when you get a bit excited over some new pots and pans. But these aren’t any old pots and pans, ladies and gentlemen – they are only Hairy biker ones! As I have readily admitted many times before, I am no super cook. Yes, I share recipes on my blog I have come up with like this one, but they are invariably easy quick family meals, snacks or treats which make virtually no mess (all about the OCD people!) or take very little time.

So it comes as no big surprise that my pots are a mess as I’ve had many a disaster in the kitchen (I was almost too ashamed to post that pic above!) and as someone who likes everything to taste chargrilled and full of spice, my pots have taken a beating. Now though, I’m all grown up with my swanky new set and I’d like to share tonights easy, family pleasing meal which was scoffed by both of my boys and the hubby alike.
