My gorgeous friend Nicola has plunged me into a life of hopeless addiction to these edible delights and it was a no-brainer that I had to shamelessly steal the recipe and share them with you all.
She brought them to a party we had in the summertime and I have been hooked ever since. We now make them – or beg her to – at every opportunity we can.
It’s really simple, here’s a quick vlog of how-to, enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 packs of Oreo biscuits
150g Philadelphia
1 spoonful (or a generous drizzle) of Vanilla extract
100g bar of Dairy Milk (or your fave quality chocolate)
75g pack of white chocolate to drizzle
Method:
Crush the Oreos in a bowl with the back of a spoon
Add the Philadelphia & Vanilla Extract
Combine well until consistency is thick
Roll into generous sized balls and pop in fridge overnight
Next morning, melt your Dairy Milk (or similar) and roll the balls in the melted chocolate
Cover well and pop in the fridge for a couple of hours to allow them to set
Melt 75g of white chocolate and use scrummy melt to drizzle on the truffles.
Pop back into fridge to allow drizzle to set
Devour!!!! You are welcome 🙂
What’s your fave chocolate treat to make at home? I may feature it on here if it is an easy make!
