Clean eating and inner cleansing have enjoyed a phenomenal rise in popularity in the past year, going mainstream with cookbooks, and more juicy supplement-selling posts on Facebook than you can shake a stick at.
Instagram is buzzing red-hot with the hashtags #eatclean #fitfam # fitlifestyle and other endless options. Seems it’s cool to be #girlswholift all of a sudden. It’s been going on forever of course, but all at once, it’s on trend and is big business.
Wellbeing, life and nutritional balance all really do go hand in hand. If one of those elements is out of kilter, the rest usually fall by the wayside. Personally I don’t think this clean eating lark is the yummiest option or the best fun I ever had, but I’m getting more and more into it and the results speak for themselves.
So it’s all very well pumping iron at the gym and eating kale smoothies but what really bridges the gap from flabby muffin-topper to a desired lean mean healthy machine? Getting to the real starting point and feeding your body goodness from the organs out MUST be the answer?
I’m fascinated by what’s going on inside my frame and have always wanted a full body scan. You may think I’m crazy for wanting to find out what dark forces may be at work inside of me but I have kids, I love life, if there’s something dodgy going on there that early detection could fix, I want to know about it and get started on sorting it out. Ignorance is not bliss in my book.
So when fate dealt me a fortuitous hand at the event ‘Turning Passion Into Pounds’ at the British Library, I met Arianna of Nutritional Vibrance. A fascinating, clever and intuitive woman whose vocation is fusing mind and body for longevity of optimum health.
I had one of those ‘WOW’ moments when she told me what she did, something I’ve always yearned to try but didn’t really know how to go about it or how much it would cost. We got chatting and realised we could work together to raise awareness of this amazing treatment. One of the wonderfully motivational things we did at the event was have a talent exchange quick fire round the room to see who should pair up to maximise their gifts but I remember thinking about Arianna, ‘No way! I’m not sharing, she’s mine’!!!! I was definitely meant to bump into her! Run by Vicki of Honest Mum and Jessica Huie MBE, attending this fantastically empowering event continues to reap rewards months later, read my experience of it here.
So, at Arianna’s kind invitation, I popped along to her South Molton Street clinic one sunny Saturday morning, really unprepared for the enormity of what I was about to undertake. This scan goes as deep as your DNA and will flag up so many things going on inside your body. Arianna did and in-depth chat beforehand, focusing on my lifestyle today and in my past history and really got to know the overall picture of my wellbeing.
I had butterflies as we began because yes, I DID want to know EVERYTHING, the good, bad and ugly BUT it’s a scary prospect! Placing my hands on the plates and watching the screen as the machine ran through every nook and cranny of my body, I felt only a very light tingling in my hands but my heart was beating ten to the dozen! This would be different if you weren’t a worry wort like me, the scan itself is a breeze.
As each organ flashed up on the screen, I was able to see the frequencies running through my vitals, and I was fascinated watching it.
The scan took only ten to 15 minutes and Arianna was reassuringly informative the entire time. I was so glad I was off for a girlie weekend straight after to take my mind off the impending results!
Quick as a flash, Arianna was back with my report and to my utter astonishment and delight, the big guns I was most worried about didn’t come up!
What the scan DID show was an underactive thyroid: Here’s the facts –
A number of your presenting symptoms link to Hypothyroid, which is an under active thyroid gland, meaning your body is running slow, unable to keep up with the reactions that needs to take place to produce hormones, support metabolism, blood pressure and temperature. Hence your cold hands, poor circulation, occasional dizzy spells. The scan also shows low blood pressure-Hypotension.
Symptoms which relate to Hypothyroid:
- Low memory
- Headache
- Dry skin
- Water retention
- Aches and pains in the muscles and joints
These were SPOT ON! Low memory is my middle name! The report went into great details and highlighted a few other little areas which need TLC.
Following this analysis, Arianna can create a bespoke personalised nutritional plan, dietary recommendations, nutritional education and is on hand for ongoing education and support.
Some techie info about the method used:
Bioresonance is a therapy that uses electromagnetic frequencies to detect pathologies, picking up bacteria, viruses, fungus and parasites as well as contaminants, like heavy metals, pesticides and other harmful substances. It can be used to detect food sensitivities, and the severity of that sensitivity, giving us a clear picture of possible irritants on the body.
Many body systems from digestion, hormone to detoxification and anti-ageing, and many more can be supported very well, via a combination of frequency therapies, a nutrition plan with possible supplementation and lifestyle points, specific to the individual, as one plan does not fit all. This allows for progress to be seen with less toxicity, increased energy levels, reduced pain and a feeling of wellbeing.
The scientist Dr. Royal Rife discovered that pathogens (virus/bacteria) emit a certain unique frequency, and can be destroyed by exposure to a specific (inverted) frequency without any negative effect on the body. Bioresonance works on the principle that every living cell emits a healthy frequency which can be detected, if disease processes evolve, the vibrational output changes, and this can be measured.
One scan with this machine can be as effective as 20-30 different specialist doctor visits, as every organ and system in your body can be investigated for proper function, pathogen and toxin accumulation, while you sit comfortably with headphones on and hands on a electrode board.
Bioresonance along with a nutrition plan and preparations made on the device have been successful in supporting and balancing:
- ADHD/Autismr
- Food sensitivities/Allergies
- Bowel Problems
- Cancer support
- Migraines/Headaches
- Skin problems
- Stress
- Anti-ageing
- Hormone balancing
- Detoxification
- Removing viruses, parasites, bacteria, heavy metals
Amazingly, Arianna has decided to offer up one of these scans and report packages worth a whopping £700 to one lucky person! This is such a generous prize and the results can be life-changing!

I have so many health problems but they are all things that have no course of real treatment and nothing really shows up in tests. I have ME/CFS Fibromyalgia, IBS, CRPS and suffer with chronic Migraines. Because of all my symptoms it is hard to see if anything new or sinister is happening on the inside especially with the cocktail of drugs I am on. Also I have put so much weight on thanks to the drugs and inactivity. It would be so nice to really see what is going on. There is also Diabetes, heart disease, stroke and aneurysms in the family. It would be fab x
