Autumn/winter brings us closer to festive cheer and fun times but it also signals skin care stress with a severe lack of vitamin D!
The eyes have it, they bear the brunt of the elements and need that extra TLC so Ideal Worlds’s Fabulift eyes and Sonic Facial Cleanser were a welcome little boost for my season-sullied skin and poorly peepers.
Fabulous Eyes has been shortlisted in the Best New Anti-Ageing Category of the prestigious Pure Beauty Awards, 2016 and it is no wonder.
Brought to life by consultant cosmetologist Tammy Hollis, drawing on her years of experience in the medical aesthetics and salon industry, this innovative little number is a true gem.
It’s innovative anti-ageing solution gives instant results while also offering long term benefits with repeated use. A unique formula and blend of ingredients helps to reduce expression wrinkles, while also boosting skin moisture, plumping and smoothing skin.
It was an easy 3 step process to get my eyes into gear;
1. Dab lightly under the eye, between my brows and on my eyelid using a grain of rice sized amount of product
2. Allow 2 to 3 minutes to dry
3. Apply my make up over the top and look rather refreshed!
I don’t usually like applying anything new under my make up as I then find my skin can be sluggish underneath and generate blemishes, but i had no issues with this one.
I can’t say I instantly looked like I go to bed at a good time every night and haven’t had two night-dwelling children – everything has it’s limits! – but it made me feel good.
The 3 minute miracle for the face was a brilliant boost – it left my skin feeling tighter and fresher after the first application. I rubbed it on exactly as directed, didn’t quite know what to expect but all that happened was a feeling of a thin layer of pleasant tightness across my skin. Like when you have a face mask on and you know if you smile it will crack – except it didnt because it was so light.
Anyway, I left it on for the specified time, but then forgot about it for an extra few minutes when I got distracted by my Instagram feed but all was well and I rinsed it off to find a polished, smooth complexion.
My final test was the Sonic Facial Cleansing Device which is a massager/cleanser for the face. This left me feeling like my face had enjoyed a lovely gentle workout, getting the blood pumping round and working it’s magic removing excesses of the day from my skin. The daily setting of a 3 minute stint was perfect for me but you can go harder and do a deep cleanse for longer if you need to.
I felt fab-u-lifted and fresh, and looking forward to my next relaxing session with the range. Time for a restful night’s sleep to capitalise on my skin boost.
Have you tried any of the Fabulift products? Which was your favourite?

Wow, they sound like great products! I’m terrible at anything like that, I try for a few days then forget about it and end up back where I started. Doh! Must try harder. 🙂
